Everyone who likes peanut butter, please raise their hands! These peanut butter rice crispy balls are everything you could desire in a bite-sized treat, and then some more! One little rice crispy ball packed with a ton of deliciously sweet flavor. I double-dog dare you to eat just one… haha! You have worked so hard, and you should reward yourself by indulging in a couple of them. In only one mouthful, you get a crunch, a smoothness, and a chocolaty flavor. Doesn’t it have a wonderful rhythm to it?
Rice Krispies are used as the filling for sweet and crunchy peanut butter balls, which are then covered in silky chocolate. Any person who likes peanut butter will really adore them!
This is one of my favorite recipes because of how simple it is to prepare and how tasty the end result is. Everyone who attends your next dinner party will be grateful to you if you make peanut butter balls like these. You could even put a handful of them in a gift bag and hand them off to a friend whom you know might need a little something sweet to brighten their day.


Crunchy peanut butter; I used one cup.

Half a stick.Of butter – softened at room temp.

Sifted powdered sugar; you’ll need 1 cup,

Rice Krispies cereal; I used 2 cups.

Chocolate candy coating.

Mini muffin paper cups; I used 54.


1st Step:

Put the peanut butter, the margarine, and the sugar into a large bowl, and use a hand mixer to mix them together on medium speed until they are completely incorporated.

2nd Step:

Now, you need to start mixing in the Rice Krispies and continue until they are completely combined.

3rd Step:

Freeze for 30 minutes. Form into balls with a diameter of 1 inch. Put one ball at a time into the paper cup. Refrigerate.

4th Step:

Melt candy coating while swirling regularly in a small saucepan over low heat.

5th Step:

Set a rice Krispies ball on a fork one at a time, and dip it in the chocolate until it is completely covered. Repeat with the remaining rice Krispies balls.

6th Step:

Place on a baking sheet that has been lined with wax paper, and place in the refrigerator until the mixture is firm.

7th Step:

Keep in the fridge in an airtight container.
