Juice from half of a lemon.

1 small spoon.Of Italian seasoning.

Grated Parmesan cheese; to taste.

PREPARATION:

1st Step

On the stove, bring the olive oil to temperature in a pan over medium-high heat.

2nd Step

After the skillet has been hot, place the shrimp in the pan and continue to fry them until they are fully cooked through.

3rd Step

Put the skillet over low heat, then add the butter and garlic to the pan after the heat has been reduced. Saute for 30 seconds until aromatic.

4th Step

Cooking wine and lemon juice are added to the pan, then the cooking process is continued until the cooking wine liquid is reduced by about half.

5th Step

After giving the shrimp another stir in the pan with the Italian spice, put them back in the pan. Sauté the shrimp for a further minute or two after you have given them a good toss to coat them.

6th Step

Take the pan off the heat and top it with some chopped parsley and as much grated Parmesan cheese as you want.
