HOW TO MAKE FRIED POTATOES AND ONIONS:
Creole and garlic seasoning
Sauté onions and peppers in a tad of oil,
Add diced potatoes (we prefer red) and a bit more oil, season (we use creole and garlic seasoning), and cook until tender. Stirring regularly.
I remove it from pan to drain the excess oil.
I do it in an oven and electric skillet.
