ICE CREAM PEACH DESSERT

HOW TO MAKE ICE CREAM PEACH DESSERT

A dream come true for peach lovers everywhere, peach crisp ice cream consists of smooth vanilla ice cream that is packed with bits of peach crisp. This ice cream is so delicious that you won’t be able to resist eating it even after just one taste thanks to the bits of buttery brown sugar and oat crunch that are mixed in with the syrupy peaches.

You may have seen that I’ve formed the habit of making ice cream out of everything and everything that I can get my hands on. Ice cream, in my opinion, is the secret ingredient that can take practically any sweet treat to the next level.

When I’m in the need of something sweet, like just before night, I love to indulge in ice creams that are packed with all kinds of delicious toppings and ingredients. However, it would be excessive to top a dish of dessert with a scoop of ice cream and eat it all at once. On the other hand, when I eat one scoop of something like peach crisp ice cream, I feel a lot less guilty than usual. It fulfills that late-night yearning for something sweet since it combines all of the delicious elements of a fruit-filled dessert with ice cream.

THE INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

1½ Cups.Of heavy cream.

1½ Cups.Of whole milk.

1 Tbsp.Of vanilla extract.

⅔ Cup.Of granulated white sugar.

⅛ Tsp.Of kosher salt.

A peach crisp chilled overnight.

DIRECTIONS:

1st Step:

Mix the cream, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, and salt together with a whisk. Pour the mixture into your ice cream machine, and then freeze it according to the guidelines provided by the manufacturer.

2nd Step:

While the ice cream is being churned, place about one-half of the chilled peach crisp on a cutting board by using a big spatula to move it.

3rd Step:

To make the cobbler easier to eat, roughly slice it up so all of the pieces are the same size. You’ll need around two cups’ worth of peach crisp bits cut into bite-size pieces.

4th Step:

When the ice cream has completed being churned, transfer it to a pan measuring 10 inches or a big container that can be sealed airtight.

5th Step:

The first layer should be half of the ice cream, followed by a layer of crisp, and then the process should be repeated with the remaining ice cream and crisp. Freeze until firm.
