HOW TO MAKE LEMON BUTTER-BAKED SHRIMP
Okay, as you may very well be aware, we will never stop praising fast and easy dinners, particularly ones that are extremely wonderful like this four-ingredient lemon butter shrimp. This dish can be cooked in a single sheet pan with just four simple ingredients: shrimp, butter, lemon, and Italian seasoning. Believe us when we say that it is incredible; in fact, every person for whom we have prepared it has raved over it.
You really can’t go wrong with these, no matter what side dish you choose to serve them with: vegetables, potatoes, or noodles. The shrimpies soak up all of the butter and lemon, and the Italian seasoning adds the ideal amount of herb flavor… Before serving, after everything is done cooking, pour some of the liquids from the pan over the shrimp; this is essential and truly makes the shrimp shine. After you’ve had it a few times, you’ll feel the same way that we did about this meal: we couldn’t get enough of it!
THESE ARE THE INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED FOR THIS LEMON BUTTER-BAKED SHRIMP:
Peeled and deveined shrimp; I used 11/2 pounds.
A melted stick.Of butter – preferably unsalted.
3 small sliced lemons.
Italian seasoning; I used 1 packet.
FOR MAKING THIS RECIPE; YOU ONLY NEED THESE STEPS AS DIRECTED BELOW:
Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil or parchment paper and preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
After arranging the lemon slices in a uniform layer on the baking sheet, place the shrimp on top of them.
Now, you need to pour the melted butter over the shrimp and then sprinkle on the Italian seasoning.
To finish, bake the shrimp for 13 to 15 minutes, or until it is pink and opaque, after placing the baking sheet in the oven.
HOPE YOU’LL ENJOY IT!
