STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE

HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE

This recipe for strawberry cheesecake is absolutely incredible. My recipe for a traditional cheesecake that is both creamy and light has a delicious strawberry topping as the final touch. The cheesecake is wrapped in a simple graham cracker crust, which provides a little bit of crunch to each piece. Who has the time to go to the Cheesecake Factory?

This cheesecake has a very rich taste that is mostly derived from vanilla, and it combines the natural sweetness of strawberries with that flavor. In addition, the texture is crunchy from the graham cracker crust while yet being velvety smooth and creamy.

Cheesecakes are easy to make, but they can be difficult to bake. The strawberry cheesecake we are going to make today is easy to put together, and the entire preparation time, which includes the chilling period, is just around 4 hours and 15 minutes.

It’s no secret that cheesecake is one of the most indulgent, tasty, and beloved sweets around. It is both amazing and delectable. Don’t let your anxiety stop you from giving this a go! It is not difficult at all, and the results more than reflect the work that is put in. The recipe for today isn’t anything special. It is simple, airy, and refreshing. You may even be able to enjoy more than one piece of cake without feeling weighed down and bloated if you give it a try. I’m not saying you should do this, though.

THE CRUST INGREDIENTS:

200 grams.Of graham cracker crumbs.
50 grams.Of granulated sugar.
6 large spoons.Of unsalted butter – melted.

FOR THE FILLING, I USED:

900 grams.Of cream cheese – at room temp.
250 grams.Of granulated sugar.
220 grams.Of sour cream – room temp.
1 large spoon.Of vanilla extract.
¼ small spoon.Of salt.
4 whole beaten eggs – at room temp.

The strawberry sauce ingredients:

400 grams.Of fresh diced strawberries.
2 large spoons.Of cornstarch.
200 grams.Of granulated sugar.
2 small spoons.Of vanilla extract.
¼ small spoon.Of salt.

PREPARATION:

FOR THE CRUST, FOLLOW THESE TWO STEPS:

Step 1:

Place the oven rack in the lowest third and prepare the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Wrap a 9-inch springform pan’s outside bottom with aluminum foil securely.

Step 2:

Mix together the crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and up the edges of the pan by approximately 2 inches. Bake for 10 minutes. Reserve to chill while preparing the filling.

TO MAKE THE FILLING, YOU JUST NEED TO:

Step 1:

Bring the temperature down in the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2:

In a large mixing basin, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer for one minute, or until smooth and creamy. Beat the sugar and sour cream until well-mixed.

Step 3:

Add vanilla and salt, then beat on low until smooth. Using a silicone spatula, carefully mix the eggs with the other ingredients. The batter is poured over the prepared crust.

Step 4:

In the middle of a roasting pan with a few inches of boiling water, set the cheesecake. Bake for 1 hour OR until the sides are firm and the middle is still a little jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the water bath for an additional hour.

Step 5:

Place the cheesecake on a wire rack after removing it from the water bath. Use a small knife to release the cheesecake from the pan and let it cool at room temperature for approximately 1 hour and a half.

Step 6:

Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. Remove the cheesecake from the pan and transfer it to a serving tray.

FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING THE SAUCE:

Step 1:

In the bowl of a food processor, combine the strawberry cubes and cornstarch until smooth. Add sugar to the sauce in a medium pot.

Step 2:

For approximately 15 minutes while stirring frequently over medium heat, the mixture will thicken.

Step 3:

Stir in the vanilla, salt, and sliced strawberries after removing them from the heat. Allow cooling for about 40 minutes while stirring periodically.

Step 4:

Just before serving, spread the topping all over individual slices of cheesecake or evenly over the cheesecake itself.
