HOW TO MAKEĀ  BAKED MEATBALLS

Are you ready to try the most delicious meatballs that have ever been baked? These oven-baked meatballs, which are crisp on the exterior while remaining juicy and tasty on the inside, are likely to become a fast favorite among a lot of people. You won’t be able to stop after eating just one of them.

When preparing meals for a big family (or, let’s face it, any size family! ), it may be challenging to find a dish that everyone in the family would like to eat. Spaghetti and meatballs are without a doubt the dish that everyone in the Stay at Home Chef family enjoys eating the most.

It’s not only quick to make, but it’s also filling and tasty no matter what. What is the key? Meatballs made in the oven like these! Even though some cooks prefer to boil or fry their meatballs, we find that baking them yields the best results every time. Every time, the outside of the meatballs will reach the ideal level of crispiness, while the inside will stay juicy, soft, and flavorful. Because of how delicious these are, you will want to increase the recipe by a factor of two or three and then put the extras in the freezer. You will always be prepared with a quick supper that is a sure winner!

A few flakes of red pepper have been baked into our oven-baked meatballs. We feel that the spice combines nicely with the other ingredients of the dish, and it adds a little heat to the final result. You may skip it if you truly can’t stand the taste of spicy food.

These meatballs are suitable for freezing. After shaping them into meatballs, set them on a baking sheet, and then put the baking sheet and meatballs into the freezer. After they have frozen, take them from the baking sheet and store them in a resealable plastic bag. They may be stored in the freezer for one to three months without losing their quality.

THESE ARE THE INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

500 grams.Of lean ground beef.

Minced garlic; I used 3 small cloves.

2 small spoons.Of dried basil.

1 small spoon.Of salt

1/2 small spoon.Of crushed red pepper flakes.

2 large spoons.Of Worcestershire sauce.

1/3 Cup.Of whole milk.

3/4 Cup.Of plain dried bread crumbs

Freshly grated parmesan cheese; I used 50 grams.

PREPARATION:

1st Step

To begin, you need to turn the oven temperature up to 400 degrees first, and spray a baking sheet or a 9-by-13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.

2nd Step

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Perform a thorough mixing until all of the ingredients are incorporated evenly.

3rd Step

Form into balls that are 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. For even cooking, the pieces should all be around the same size, regardless of the size you pick.

4th Step

To finish the recipe, bake the meatballs in the oven for around 25 to 30 minutes. After that, serve hot.
